Meet The Team
Bobby Clouston
DIRECTOR
Bobby has a wealth of experience managing pricing, design development, planning and delivery of projects through all different sectors. With over 15 years in the Tier 1 Construction space Bobby has worked on many landmark projects like Queens Wharf and The One precinct. Bobby has extensive knowledge of design and on-site delivery methodologies; this allows Bobby to breakdown projects logically and influence their design to achieve safe and efficient delivery of all Cloustruct projects. Bobby takes an active role in the ECI phase through to completion, working closely with Cloustruct’s clients at all stages.
Angelos Stramarcos
DIRECTOR
Angelos provides an abundance of experience courtesy of his diverse background in the construction and development sectors. Initially working with institutional developer Stockland and later progressing into the construction industry via Multiplex, Angelos has had the opportunity to work with extraordinary developers and builders alike, on a variety of iconic projects which include 20 Martin Place (Sydney CBD), 1 William Street (Brisbane), The Jewel (Gold Coast) and Destination Gold Coast Consortium Tower 2. Working on such highly sought-after development and construction projects, has allowed Angelos to develop a well-rounded and considered skill set that enables him to understand and appreciate Cloustruct client’s key requirements. Angelos also takes an active role across all of Cloustruct’s projects from ECI phase, through to head contract finalisation and into project delivery.
James Perrins
ESTIMATOR & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
James is a self-storage specialist with many years’ experience estimating both industrial and self-storage projects. He boasts a large network of consultant, subcontractor and supplier relationships enabling him to efficiently and accurately price our clients’ projects.
Rosanna Tigani
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Rosanna is a Contracts Administrator with commercial, industrial, self-storage and Residential sector experience. Rosanna understands the importance of attention to detail and implements strong systemic work practices. Rosanna is passionate about building and upholding a strong administrative support to deliver the best project for the client.
Zach Norris
SITE MANAGER
With 16 years’ experience, Zach brings a myriad of hands-on trade and on-site management skills to Cloustruct. Initially working in the civil construction space on heavy industry and mining projects, Zach transitioned into residential and large-scale commercial projects. His exceptional knowledge in WHS management and quality assurance from various on-site positions gives clients peace of mind that Cloustruct is committed to safe, high-quality delivery of its projects. In addition to overseeing the delivery phase of projects, Zach manages the implementation, coordination and maintenance of new safety processes as well as monitoring software solutions across the business. In addition, he personally oversees the planning and execution of all high-risk work to ensure Cloustruct projects remains a safety-first culture.
