All this leads to thorough preparation before we even step on site. By leveraging our 15+ years’ experience during the early contractor involvement (ECI) stage we can offer maximum value before the project begins.
Continual collaboration
To keep our client’s well informed, we conduct project control group meetings as frequently as needed. By holdings these meetings, this enables us to provide transparent updates on how projects are tracking in an environment where all stakeholders can contribute and collaborate on solutions to ensure the project vision is coming to life and client expectations are being met.
Handover and beyond
Handover is one of our favourite phases for any project we successfully deliver. Cloustruct handover’s go beyond the initial handover stage. We’ll continue to work with client’s post-handover to ensure transition into operation is as seamless as possible.
